COD Policy
In order to nurture trust and understanding with our sincere customers, we've decided to implement the following measures.
1. VERIFICATION PROCESS:
- Customers placing COD orders will receive a WhatsApp message, SMS, or email confirming the dispatch within two days of placing the order.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If we don't receive confirmation within the stipulated time, the order will be considered canceled, and a cancellation message will be sent to the provided phone number.
We understand that genuine customers may face difficulty reconfirming their orders due to valid reasons and your order has been mistakenly filtered, please reach out to us at support@lailyo.in, and we will gladly address and process your order.
It's important to note that we reserve the right not to fulfill Cash on Delivery orders even after confirmation if the provided address appears incomplete. This additional step is taken to maintain the integrity of our order fulfillment process.
