Exchange & Return Policy

Welcome to Lailyo, We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we're here to make the exchange and return process as seamless as possible. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policy:

EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

  1. Please let us know within a 1 days of receiving your order if you have any issues, and we'll be happy to help with exchanges or returns. If you have a size problem or received the wrong item, you can request an exchange within a 1 days of delivery. We'll exchange it for the right size or product at no extra cost, and we'll even handle the pickup.
  2. If the new item costs more, you'll need to pay the difference online. Make sure the product has its original label, is properly folded, and packed to avoid damage during return.
  3. Refunds are only issued for defective products. If you receive a defective item, email us at support@lailyo.in with order details and photos.
  4. In rare cases of accepted returns (no delivery issues, correct order), we deduct Rs 100 for reverse pickup due to increased logistics costs. Refunds come as store coupons for future purchases, provided within 24 hours of approval.
  5. Note that colors and designs may slightly vary from what's shown. We won't accept returns or offer refunds for such slight variations.
  6. We won't refund if damage is caused by you, so don't accept a damaged package. We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges if the merchandise doesn't qualify.
  7. Cancellation within 6 hours is free (which is before it gets live). After that, Rs 150 is deducted if not shipped. If shipped and rejected on delivery, Rs 100 is deducted. COD charges and extra fees for reverse pickup may apply.
  8. Discounted items, sale, or code purchases are non-refundable. No refunds on size issues, or exchanges are allowed. Rejecting a delivered product incurs a Rs 150 deduction.
